ABOUT BILL
William (Bill) Crosby, Jr. has experience representing client interests across a broad range of issue areas including appropriations, financial services, tax, homeland security, disaster assistance, aerospace, the environment and immigration.
He is currently President of the Crosby Group, LLC, a firm providing strategic advice, counsel, and government relations services to its clients.
In 2002 he joined the Livingston Group, LLC, a government and public relations firm. The Crosby Group, LLC, was launched in 2005 and maintains a strategic alliance with the Livingston Group, LLC.
From 1999 to 2002 Bill was Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the Solomon Group, an international consulting firm providing strategic advice, counsel, lobbying and public relations services.
Prior to that he served for 27 years on the staff of the House Rules Committee, first as Minority (Republican) Chief Counsel and later as Chief Counsel during the chairmanship of Congressman Jerry Solomon of New York. Crosby served as a Navy officer during the Vietnam War.
